  We have had wonderful experiences trading our homes with like-minded folks in France, Kenya, Australia, Mexico, Thailand, the Bahamas, Florida, California, Hawaii and Arizona. We are active retired people who love to travel and experience new places and new friends. On the other hand, we don't like to be away from our marvelous life style here in Colorado for long stretches. Two to three weeks is our limit, and ten days is optimum unless we are traveling to Europe or the Far East. We are always willing to consider locales like warmer climes on the water in the winter when we need to take a break from our daily skiing regimen, and spring and summer travel to Italy, England, Ireland, Germany, the Scandinavian countries, Costa Rica or New Zealand. But we will consider other places too! We schedule a home exchange somewhere interesting every Christmas and New Years. If you have a place on or near the ocean and beach send us your offer! We prefer trades that involve each others primary homes on a concurrent basis but more recently we have done non-simultaneous trades. It is about 3,500 s.f. with a master suite, dining room, living room, office and kitchen on the upper level. Decks surround three sides of the upper level with an outdoor hot tub, barbeque grill and two separate outdoor seating areas. The lower level includes a lovely family room, two large bedrooms, bath with Jacuzzi and a small kitchenette. Comfortable for three couples with two pull out couch-beds too. Two full size bedrooms, one a king, one a queen with two full bathrooms, outside deck and beautiful kitchen.
