AnMed Health Patient Assistance Fund (used to be known as 'Chaplain's Fund): This fund can sometimes help on a one time basis with acute care meds or to tide patients over until they can get a back up plan for obtaining their chronic meds. Call the patient advocate office and ask for Shelley Stone, x 1240 (or 864-512-1240 from outside the AnMed Health system) to start the process. Once approved, patients pick up a voucher for the med at the welcome desk at the main campus and it is filled free at the Anderson Free Clinic.
PAI Formulary (for AnMed Health Employee Insurance)
