The Forest Hills Swim Team has been an integral part of the Forest Hills community for over 50 YEARS and is "The Place To Be" during the summer months!

The swim season starts in early June and runs to the end of July. In recent years, the team has included around 90 swimmers, ranging in age from 5 to 18. After its regular dual meets, the team competes against other eastern suburb clubs in a championship meet. We are members of the Eastern Swim Association (ESA).

Led by veteran coaches, the swim team is supported by a parent booster organization and a booster board that coordinates team activities and club responsibilities. For those interested, Forest Hills lifeguards (many of whom are swim team veterans) can provide additional swimming instruction.

The Forest Hills Swim Team is much more than just swimming. The swimmers participate in many other activities, like pizza parties and movie day. The team also plays a popular role in our community's Fourth of July celebration by coordinating the Biathlon and the Dixie Dunker.

The Forest Hills Swim Team has a wonderful 50+ year history! Many of our "graduates" come back to the Borough and are now swim team parents themselves.
