Force of One Taekwondo is located in Corvallis, Oregon. We specialize in Olympic-style Taekwondo sparring, World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) forms, board breaking, self-defense, and hapkido. All black belts are registered through the Kukkiwon of Seoul, Korea. Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that emphasizes kicking, speed and agility. We also strive to instill the 5 tenets of Taekwondo into each of our students.
