Who We Are
The MOMS Club® (Moms Offering Moms Support) is a non-profit support group specifically for stay-at-home moms. We are interested in the world around us, want a variety of activities for ourselves and our children, and are proud of our decision to stay home to raise our family.
The Foothill Ranch Chapter was founded in 1999. It was originally part of the Portola Hills MOMS Club, but as we grew too large it was decided to break off and form our own club just for the at-home moms and children within Foothill Ranch. Initially there were 40 founding club members, which has now grown to a membership of 75 women and their children.
Almost all of our activities take place during weekdays, when you need the support most. We believe being a mother should not isolate you, therefore children are expected to attend all MOMS Club events, with the exception of our “Mom’s Night Out” events.
What We Do
We offer many enriching activities for moms and their children each month as well as continual opportunities to become involved in club administration and community service.
Ø Monthly club meetings with discussions, input from members and a chance to socialize with other women just like you!
Ø Casual get-togethers at local parks, community pools or member’s homes.
Ø Outings and field trips tailored to moms and young children.
Ø Parties and potlucks around the holidays or just for fun!
Ø Playgroups made up of 6-10 members and kids of similar ages.
Ø Specialty classes for kids, such as Gymnastics, Music & Movement and Stories & Arts & Crafts.
Ø Activities of interest for moms, such as Guest Speakers, Cooking Club and Mom’s Night Out.
Ø Family Outings so even Dads can attend occasionally!
Ø Service projects where members can volunteer, while still caring for their children.

How To Join
Stay-at-home moms with children of any age are welcome! Come visit us at our next club meeting, park day or guest speaker. You may try out two of these activities before you decide to join. Club Meetings are held at 10:00 a.m. the last Monday of the month.
Our dues are $25 per year and pay for our rentals, supplies, and programs. You will need to fill out the Membership Application and Liability Release Form and submit it with your check made payable to MOMS Club. Paperwork can be turned in to any board member or mailed directly to our Membership V.P.

The MOMS Club is a wonderful way to meet other at-home mothers in our Foothill Ranch neighborhood who share the same interests and concerns!
Club History & Information
The MOMS Club is a non-profit organiztion founded by Mary B. James. She was a stay at-home mother in Simi Valley, CA that was tired of being alone at home and wanted to meet other at-home mothers with children for her own kids to play with. When she discovered there were no other organizations that met during the day and allowed her to attend events with her baby and preschooler, she decided to start a brand new organization just for at-home mothers. Word spread about the wonderful support that the MOMS Club offers at-home mothers and we became a national organization in 1983.
The MOMS Club represents 100,000 members and over 2,000 local chapters across the United States. We also have International chapters in Canada and abroad. There are currently over 20 chapters in Orange County alone. We are the only international support group specifically for at-home mothers.
