On Thursday, August 14th students and their parents are invited to the Foothill Middle School Walk-Thru. The schedule is as follows:

8th Graders

11:00-11:30 A-G

11:30-12:00 H-M

12:00-12:30 N-S

12:30-1:00 T-Z

7th Graders

1:00-1:30 A-G

1:30-2:00 H-M

2:00-2:30 N-S

2:30-3:00 T-Z

6th Graders

3:00-3:30 A-G

3:30-4:00 H-M

4:00-4:30 N-S

4:30-5:00 T-Z

* all times are suggested to relieve long lines.

These times are suggested. Families may attend at times which are convenient for them. If you are unable to attend Walk-Thru, you may turn in your forms at the office beginning August 15.

Please note that Student I.D. cards and pictures will be taken on August 26 and 27 in P.E. classes. Get a discount on pictures by paying online before picture day. Click here for details.

Walk-Thru is for students and their parents to turn in all forms, pick up class schedules, pick up their textbooks to keep at home, pick up locker cards, make donations to the PFA Education Fund, make donations to classes and pay for P.E. uniforms.

Please bring your checkbook, as MULTIPLE checks are needed during the payment process. Only the Parent Faculty Association can accept credit cards. All other payments will need a check.

PRIOR TO WALK-THRU

  • Emergency Card

You will receive your Emergency Information Sheet in the mail prior to Walk-Thru. Please review for accuracy and make changes as necessary. You MUST sign the form and BRING IT with you to Walk-Thru to receive your student's schedule.

Step 1: Download and complete the following forms at home, then bring them with you to turn in at Walk-Thru. These forms need a parent signature on them.

  • Dance Permission Slip

  • Computer Use Agreement - only bring the signature page

  • Support Counselor Form – only complete if you do not wish for your child to see the counselor

  • Film/Video/Photographic Production - this form is giving Foothill Middle School permission to post your child's picture or video on the following sites:

    • Our webpage,

    • A Drama production CD

    • A newspaper article

    • Our Journalism "Stitch" production

Step 2: Fill out the following forms ON LINE:

If you are unable to complete these forms on line, the Foothill Library will be open for you to complete the forms at Walk-Thru.

Step 3: To donate to the PFA Ed Fund online and to learn more about what school projects and staffing needs your parent donations support, click here.

Step 4: Click here to update or here to register your Safeway Club card, credit card and debit/ATM card with eScrip. When you shop with your registered cards, participating merchants will contribute a percentage of your purchases to Foothill. Be sure to note Foothill Parent Faculty Association (Group ID 137683951) as a recipient.
