Microwave Chocolate Souffle

Serves: 1-2

1/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup Cream Cheese (you can try soft paneer too)
1 TBsp Cocoa Powder
3 TBsp Sugar (adjust as per taste)
1 TBSp All purpose flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
4-5 tsp grated Chocolate (or as much as you want)
3 tsp Fresh Cream (I used heavy cream)

1. I used a blender. You could mix all these by hand too. Blend together cream cheese, milk, cocoa powder, sugar, flour, baking powder and vanilla essence to a smooth mixture.
2. In a bowl, pour the mixture.
3. Add fresh / heavy cream and beat with a whisk well for 5-6 minutes. The idea is to incorporate air into the batter.
4. Add in grated chocolate and mix lightly (fold it in)
5. Pour it in a Microwave-safe bowl. (the bowl should be half full only)
6. MW on high for 2 minutes (if need be another 30 seconds)

Sprinkle powdered sugar and serve hot!
