Sweet and Sour Cole Slaw

1 small head Cabbage, shredded

2 Carrots, shredded

2 Green onions, sliced

2 Tbls Honey

Zest of 1 lime

Juice of 1 lime

1/4 cup Rice vinegar

2 Tbls Olive oil

2 tsp Celery seed

1 tsp Cumin

Salt & Pepper


Place cabbage, carrots and green onion in large bowl, set aside.

In small bowl, whisk together the rest of the ingredients, season with salt and pepper.  Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.  Serve.
