Lemon Honey Cookies

2 ½ cups blanched almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons fresh lemon zest
1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
½ cup grapeseed oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup Apple Blossom Honey

1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
2. Stir together wet ingredients in a smaller bowl and mix wet ingredients into dry
3. Form ½ 1-inch balls and press onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet
4 .Bake at 350° for 7-10 minutes
5. Cool and enjoy!
