Warm Citrus and Banana Cups

Makes 4 servings.

1 banana
1 ruby red grapefruit
1 navel orange
1 blood orange
The juice of half a lime
¼ tsp ground cinnamon

1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/8 cup sliced almonds
Pinch of salt
1 Tbsp shredded coconut
Lime zest for garnish, optional

Preheat the broiler.

Peel and section the grapefruit and oranges; peel and slice the banana. Place the fruit in a bowl, and stir in the lime juice and the cinnamon.

Divide the fruit slices evenly among 4 ramekins. In another small bowl, toss together the brown sugar, sliced almonds, and salt; add to the top of the fruit slices. Sprinkle each serving with shredded coconut.

Broil for 2 minutes, or until the almonds and coconut become golden brown. Garnish with lime zest if desired.
