Horseback Riding Trip

Saturday October 19th
This is an early fall term FOCUS trip that you won't want to miss! On Saturday, October 19th, you will get the opportunity of a lifetime to ride a full-size horse on a guided tour through a wooded setting. Volunteer FOCUS drivers will leave from the FOCUS meeting place at 9:30am and take you to a horse camp near Battle Ground, Washington. The cost for this trip is approximately $30/person (depends on how many sign up, to a maximum of 20 participants, about $25/person for the horse ride and $5/person for fuel). Yo will need to pay $20 in advance to reserve your spot on this popular trip. Please do so in the International Student Lounge (KMC650) located on the 6th floor of the Karl Miller Center no later than Thursday, October 17th. Dates for someone to receive your payment in person are October 2, October 10, October 15, and October 16 between the hours of 1pm and 330pm. The balance will be collected the day of the trip. Paying in advance allows horse camp staff and FOCUS volunteers to plan for all who wish to participate.  You must also complete a one-page waiver form when you pay your deposit. Here’s your chance to be a cowboy or cowgirl for the day!
