Chili Pequin Salsa, a family recipe

1 large can diced tomatoes, in juice
4-6 cloves of garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
~2 Tbls Mexican oregano, ground up
2 to 4+ tsp crushed chili pequin
onion powder (to taste)
garlic powder (to taste)
salt (to taste)

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Put in a blender and pulse a
few times to mix everything together. Pour into your serving
bowl and enjoy.
