COLUMBUS LIONS SCHOLARSHIP
Two, $500 scholarships will be awarded to graduating seniors who are residents of Columbus Township. Eligibility is based on academic achievement and involvement in school and community activities. The award is to be used to further education at a college or vocational-technical institution. Send completed application material to: Jim Zusan, 14910 Furman St., Forest Lake, MN 55025

FAIRVIEW LAKES AUXILIARY SCHOLARSHIPS        
Fairview Lakes Health Care Auxiliary offers a minimum of seventeen scholarships to students in pursuit of a career in any area of the health care field who live in the Fairview service area. FFA SANDAGER HONORARIUM AGRICULTURAL SCHOLARSHIP
A fund has been established from the Forest Lake FFA Chapter's treasury in a separate permanent account to be managed by the FFA Chapter for scholarship purposes.  One $500 scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior from Forest Lake High School.

**If you are interested in an agricultural education or wish to pursue a career in the field of agriculture, contact one of the FFA advisors for a more information.

FOREST LAKE ASSOCIATION OF PROFESSIONAL OFFICE PERSONNEL SCHOLARSHIP
Two $500 scholarships are available to  graduating seniors who wish to further their education at a college, university, business or vocational-technical institution. The award is based on financial need, academics and participation in school and community activities.  Two $500 scholarships will be awarded.

FLAEP is offering four $1000.00 Scholarships to graduating seniors of Forest Lake Sr. High School who wish to continue their education and pursue a degree in Education or Healthcare. These scholarship awards are based on academic achievement, financial need, volunteer / community involvement and extra-curricular activities. FOREST LAKE HOCKEY ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP 
The Forest Lake Hockey Association is offering two $500 scholarships to either male or female students who have been members of the Forest Lake Hockey Association for at least four years from Squirt level and up. Criteria for the scholarship are based on academics, good citizenship, community involvement, and residency of the ISD #831 school district. FOREST LAKE LIONS' COMMUNITY SERVICE SCHOLARSHIP
The Forest Lake Lions' motto is "We Serve." To encourage all members of the community to be involved in service (especially our youth), the Lions offer $500 scholarships to deserving students.  You do not have to be an "A" student to apply for this scholarship....the emphasis will be on community service. It will be awarded to students who exemplify the “Spirit of Lionism” through their actions. This service can be through an organization or by individual efforts to help our community and/or its individual members. Send completed application material to: Forest Lake Lions, P.O. FOREST LAKE MASONIC LODGE SCHOLARSHIP
The Forest Lake Masonic Lodge #344 is offering two $1,000 scholarships to two Forest Lake Senior High graduates based on academic achievement, involvement in the community, school activities, as well as Masonic affiliation. Send completed application material to:

FOREST LAKE SAFETY CAMP SCHOLARSHIP
The Forest Lake Safety Camp Scholarship fund was formed in 1995 through the generous support of the Forest Lake area business community. These $500 scholarships are awarded to students who have demonstrated extraordinary service above self, their community, state, and families, and who wish to pursue careers in areas of safety or ongoing service occupations. Drop completed application material off to: Forest Lake Police Liaison Officer Jon Glader at the High School Student Services Office.

HUGO BUSINESS ASSOCIATION
Two (2) $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to graduating seniors who reside in the City of Hugo and will be majoring in Business or Finance during college - this does not need to be a 4-year university.  Send completed application by May 1, 2013 to:  Scholarship Committee - Hugo Business Association - PO Box 113 -Hugo, MN  55038

HUGO LIONS CLUB SCHOLARSHIP
$1,000 & $500  scholarships are offered to qualified applicants based on the decision of the selection committee. Awards will be made to students planning to attend college, vocational, or trade school. JOHNSON, GLADYS, L. SCHOLARSHIP TRUST
The Gladys L. Johnson Scholarship Trust can award scholarships up to $1,000 to a senior student who is planning to attend a post secondary institution in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota. The student must be of the Protestant faith. Eligibility is based on financial need, academic and vocational achievement, and service to school and community.  
*This scholarship utilizes The Gladys Johnson Application which can be found below along with addtions rules of eligibility.  
 
KWIK TRIP COMMUNITY SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
        Kwik Trip will award one $500 scholarship to a single Forest Lake High School student. 

        Eligibility Requirements:

        1.  Must be enrolled in Forest Lake High School.
        2.  Applicant must be accepted at an accredited college/university in the United States and take
            at least 6 credits.
        3.  Applicant must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
        4.  Applicant must exemplify the portion of Kwik Trip's mission statement:
                "To Make a Difference in Someone's Life."
        5.  The committee may give secondary considerationn to an applicant whose legal guardian is a
                Kwik Trip coworker or who can demonstrate financial need.
        6.  Complete Kwik Trip Scholarship Applicatin and submit in the Student
                Services Office. 
        7.   Applicant must be a Kwik Trip co-worker or have a parent or legal guardian who is a Kwik Trip co-worker who has a minimum of one year of employment as of April 30th, 2012.
