PLEASE CROSSPOST~PLEASE FORWARD~PLEASE NETWORK on behalf of darling
sweet Bump and his best little buddy, baby Socko, six months old!  On behalf of
beautiful little brindle best friends, Bridget and Bo!  These four dogs are alive
today because they were given special reprieve -- because they are the kennel techs' favorites and the darlings of the shelter!  Bump has in fact been
held over two weeks in a row! But his time is running out!  This third chance
pittie will die on Wednesday, October 13th, unless he has an offer of rescue by 4:00PM on Tuesday, October 12th!!!

All four of these adorable and loving pitties will die on Wednesday morning
at 8:00AM WITHOUT AN OFFER BY 4:00 PM ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 12TH!
PLEASE, PLEASE CONTACT THE VOLUNTEER RESCUE COORDINATORS AT
floydrescue@gmail.com (@gmail.com) or by calling 706-235-2306.  Please do
not wait...the hours are flying past - there is now less than twenty-four hours
in which to save these darling, darling dogs!

Bump is a good boy, calm and loving.  He is good with all other dogs--poor boy,
he came into the shelter with a broken tail, but whatever pain he had,
he was always sweet with everyone.  He and Socko are hanging out together
in the kennel techs' lounge and keeping an eye on folks coming and going,
sticking their heads out the window together!
Are they watching for the angel who is coming to save them?  Actually, they have
no idea they may die together on Wednesday morning, October 13th, at 8:00AM
--they are surrounded by love and how could they know it is love that cannot continue to save them?
They are such sweethearts and love one another dearly!   Check out little
Socko's ears!  Aren't they wonderful?

Please make an offer by 4:00PM on Tuesday, October 12th, to save these
darling boys!  All contact information is below the pictures!

2391 American Bulldog/Pit Mix Medium Young MALE!!! - NEUTERED
HIS NAME IS BUMP -- AND HE HAS BEEN WAITING ALMOST THREE WEEKS!
PLEASE SAVE HIM THIS WEEK!
Volunteer Petnote: Kortney noticed that his TAIL is broken. He is NEUTERED.
We just had him out for photos & visiting with a nice couple. Last week,
Kortney, Tommy & Philip had this boy out with 2420 & was not interested in
the other boy dog. He is a "low rider/muscular" little guy.  Pittie boy was walking
around with us while we took photos (Kery,Millie, Philip,Tommy(boy) and
you can see 2391 in the 8th photo over with the sweet shep/lab girl 2494.
He was just sniffing everybody & being harmless. Part of the time he was sitting in Philip's lap while we took photos just being a distant observer.
He is a sweetheart of a dog. Very calm (neutered) & none of the new dogs had
 any problem with him

If you are out of state, you will need to be able to pay for boarding for the
animals you rescue until they can go on transport.  Please ask the volunteers
for contact information for local boarding options when you make your offer!
As soon as you have arranged boarding, please let them know where you will
be boarding your animals, and they will help you to get a ride for them from the
shelter to boarding.

You must also be able to arrange transport.  We do not have the resources
to arrange transport.

If you have not previously pulled animals from the shelter, you will need to
be able to provide the volunteers with these three references:
1) the vet with whom your rescue works most frequently
2) a rescue or shelter with whom you have worked recently
3) the name and telephone number of your local animal control agency.
