Our Cottages

I manage our three rental cottages in Delray Beach, Florida. Our first cottage, the Salmon Cottage, has been in my family for many years. My father grew up in this house. When my grandmother passed away in 2005 my aunt inherited it and then my husband and I purchased it from her in April 2007. Once renovations were complete, it went into service as a vacation rental.
In September 2009 the Yellow Cottage, next door to the Salmon Cottage, went on the market and we purchased and renovated it. In April 2010 the Yellow Cottage went into service as a year long rental.

In April 2012 we transitioned the Yellow Cottage to be the vacation rental because it is more spacious, has central a/c and heat. And, so our vacationer renters could enjoy a private pool. Once the transition was complete, the Salmon Cottage went into service as a full time rental.

In May 2011 we purchase the Pink Cottage on the Intracoastal. This cottage was more distressed then either of the other two, but was renovated and leased the quickest.  The Pink Cottage is located one lot in from the main Intracoastal Waterway in Delray Beach. It is beautiful piece of property with plenty of room for a boat or two! This cottage is conveniently located just across US 1 from the other two rentals.
