Tips for Recording Music

It is very easy to record sound and video using Explain Everything.

In the image below, I want the student to make a video of themselves playing this piece on the recorder. They need to look at the music at the same time they are making the video. The trick is to touch the record button at the bottom of the toolbar rather than the record button below the video image. By touching the bottom record button, the video AND the sound of the recorder will be recorded.

Teach your students how to slide the recorded track to the right, past the red start line. Touching and holding down the sound track will activate a popup window. Set Mark, Split, Delete, Delete all clips to the end, are all useful tools for making great videos with Explain Everything.
