Soccer Game & Thousand Foot Krutch/Barlow Girl/TobyMac Concert (9/30/07)

The soccer game was fun & I had taken several pictures but alas, I lost all those pictures too.  It was so hot!

Thousand Foot Krutch was great & so was Barlow Girl, but TobyMac was awesome.  Need I say more?

John Reuben Concert (9/29/07)

The concerts with Fading Doubt, Hey Heidi-Rae, Failure to Exhale, Ilia, & John Reuben at Theater 7 was an interesting experience, to say the least.  For one, with the exception of the people running the thing, we were pretty much the oldest people there, which was fine.  Second, there were only about 50 people there, & half of them were the other bands playing.  This was great for us because it was almost like a private concert but bad for them.  I really felt bad for the other bands.  I mean, imagine if you are a young band & you have the opportunity to play in Texas, especially in a place like DFW, you would expect to be a packed house.  How disappointing to get all the way to Texas & play for only a few people.

John Reuben was awesome.  I got a picture with him & Kim but unfortunately, I accidentally deleted all the images off my camera the next day.  I was/am extremely irritated by this.  I really feel bad about loosing the picture with Kim & Reuben.  She was so excited about it & I went & did something so careless.  But we did still have a great time.

 Oktoberfest (9/22/07)

We we to Oktoberfest in Addison on Saturday, Sept. 22. We all had a great time & Brandie adopted a dachshund. His name was Rodger but she will be changing that soon. Let's hope "the dog formerly known as Roger" gets along well with Mac, her other dachshund.
