VOLUNTEER COUNSELLORS WANTED

FLEET COUNSELLING are looking to recruit 3 new volunteer counsellors for our well-established, friendly team in North London.

WE ARE :

• an affordable, community-based service

• open one evening a week [Tuesdays 6 - 8pm]

• a BACP member and a registered charity

YOU ARE :

• qualified as a counsellor or psychotherapist

• trained or training on a UKCP or BACP accredited course

• experienced with over 200 + supervised client hours

• able to commit for a minimum of two years

FLEET COUNSELLING is a local counselling service set up 25 years ago, originally as a support for students attending Fleet Community Education Service. Over the years it has developed both its remit and its links with local mental health services. It is now based at The Rear Entrance, 3 Daleham Gardens London NW3 5BY and provides a service for a wide range of clients, most of whom either self-refer or come via GP surgeries or local community agencies. Clients are asked to make a regular donation which is negotiated individually in accordance with their ability to pay. Each client is offered up to 24 counselling sessions.
