...For the Children's Sake...sm

...For The Children's Sake... is a 4 1/2 hour co-parenting workshop
required by the Commonwealth of Virginia for any couple filing for
divorce with minor children. The program addresses the issues of
children; how their age impacts their adjustment to the separation; how
to answer their questions; better ways of interacting with their other
parent; and ways a parent may help a child through the grieving process.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT PARENTS TAKE THIS PROGRAM AS SOON AS THEY DECIDE TO SEPARATE.
Though the court system does not require this course until filing final decree,
both the FITS Foundation and the courts recommend parents take this program early in the process,
when it will be more beneficial to parents and their children.
