Macro Friendly Protein Pancake (with no protein powder)!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Kodiak protein pancake mix

1 tbsp coconut flour 

1 tbsp plain non-fat Greek yogurt

2 tbsp milk

2 egg whites (NOT liquid)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Directions:

1. Mix together all ingredients until smooth

2. Pour onto non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat

3. Cook until bubbly, then flip and cook for another minute

4. Top with your favorites and enjoy!
