From time to time we invite masters from different  schools and disciplines to conduct workshop for students. These masters come from a diverse background: Taiji, Yoga, meditation, etc. We select them solely based on merits and benefits to your health. Attend whichever workshops that fit your practice and preference.

Workshop for Corporations and Institutions:
Our instructors conduct  special workshops for corporations or institutions who want to bring Meditation Based Stress Reduction MBSR practice or other healthy exercise classes to their employees and members. These workshops run on week days or weekend, on campus or offsite.  Please write to 299x299 @ gmail.com to discuss your need.

One-Day Meditation Retreat San Jose

Saturday, October 24, 2015 from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM  San Jose at 101 and 880.
Open to students and their family and friends who have taken meditation classes before.
Light lunch provided. Donation at will.
  • What: Silent meditation
  • Bring: Warm water. Warm layered comfortable clothing. Mat. Cushion
  • Sleep well the night before
  • Take a shower the night before or in the morning
  • No strong fragrance or perfume please
  • Age: 13 to 99 (no baby sitting facilities)
  • Experience: must have taken meditation classes before

2012春季特别健身班: 基础大藏功

 

培訓大綱

3月3日(星期六) 大藏修持法, 心中心法, 排山倒海

3月4日(星期日) 飲食治療法, 家居風水講座

國語普通話課程。場地暫時定在:262 E. Gish Road, San Jose

沒有氣功經驗的新學員也可以參加,勤修勤練,從中得到健身的益處。

大藏功系列

大藏功蒐集了數十套健康養生的功法。內容涵蓋氣功,禪修,拉筋,拍打,飲食療法,家居風水。每一個套功法都能獨立的提升身心健康和免疫能力。大:是人體的象形文字。藏:是修煉身心的寶藏。
3月的活動

三月的春季特別健身班,除了熱身法,拍打法和收功法,主要傳授下列三套大藏功基礎功法。

1. 心中心法 – 靜態修持法門。吸收宇宙的能量,排除體內所有的疾病,病氣,病灶,和病毒。調節身體生物能量的運轉,提升身體的血氣循環功能,身心變得更健康,詳和。神經衰弱,身體虛弱的人,體質在短期內會很快改善, 恢復正常健康。

2. 大藏修持法 – 動態禪修法。主要以手印規律的變化達到排除體內病氣,病灶,和病毒,調節身體生物能量化的目標。借助不同的手印,吸收宇宙的能量,治療身體不同部位的疾病。

3. 排山倒海法 – 動態的排毒功法。利用推手的動作,配合海潮般的自然節奏,吸收宇宙的能量,把身體內的病氣,病灶,和病毒徹底的排放出去。

Fitness 299 會稍後另設複習班,好讓學員們複習3月3日所學的功法。
