花粉敏感,高血压,关节病等等慢性疾病,都有帮助。这个研讨会里,
张老师会着重实践,即时传授一个您可以在家练习的功法.不需任何经验。
自备宽松舒服衣服和温水饮料。當日即時教授初級功法。
