There is one human body. But there are many ways to tell you how it works in different languages - Western Medicine,  Neuroscience and advanced MRI imaging, Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Chinese Taiji breathing, Yogic breathing, etc. Please do not be biased about the person or the label of the method. As long as it is safe and effective, please consider learning those that work for you. And do continue to seek medical treatment and advice from you trusted health care service providers, like family doctors or specialists,  while you try wellness exercises to supplement those treatments.

- 10 minutes reverse breathing with 3 points contractions
