Karina: I won overall figure in musclemania in ft worth. That qualified me for going to nationals and gave me a musclemania pro status!

Progress!

Thanks to the progress that I have made with the help of your instructors I participated in my first "Splash and Dash" on Friday.  This was a 300 meter swim followed by a 5K run!  It was great fun, though pretty tough for me.  Plenty of work to do yet!  I will be more of a gym rat this coming week as I am not working until Friday.  See y'all at the Gym!

Since I have begun P.T. with Angie I have lots 5 lbs and have kept a strict food journal, as well as began eating healthy meals daily. I also work out 6 times per week now.

"Whoop! Last week's weight & measurement results: Kimberly  lost a pound! Rebecca lost an inch in her middle and put on some muscle in her arms & legs! Brittany lost 4.5 inches this month! And Pat lost another 11 POUNDS & 2.75 INCHES this month! THATS 22 INCHES & 30 POUNDS SINCE THE END OF JANUARY! And he's put on some muscle! Awesome job everyone!!! When you see these guys working hard in Fit For Life, be sure to congratulate them!

I am so happy to report that Cheryl has lost a total of 11pounds 8 inches.

Eileen has lost a total of 12 pounds 12 inches and Bridgette las lost 10 pounds 101/2inches......These ladies 

are doing great and looking great. I am so 


proud of them! Let's keep going! Fit Challenge 2013..

"Mr. Pat  is still hard at work in the gym and eating well. We worked out this past week, checked in on the scale and did measurements. Pat lost another 11 pounds & 7.75 inches in the last 5 weeks!!! That makes 21 pounds lost & 19.25 inches lost since he started his excercise & diet routine 10 weeks ago. OUTSTANDING!!!! Congratulations Pat! Keep up the great work!
