The 2019 SISA 47th Annual Offshore Fishing Tournament is shaping up to be a fun event on Memorial Day Weekend with host site at Capt'N Butcher's in Sebastian. The Captain's Party on Friday will register all boat captains, but will also feature some great raffles, food and special drink prices. Saturday is fishing day with weigh in at Capt'N Butcher's in Sebastian. Tournament awards presentation will be held at Capt'N Butcher's on Monday, Memorial Day.
