East Lothian Partnership Funding - First Step works in partnership with East Lothian council to provide funded childcare placements for 3 year olds.

Dads Work - a community project working with fathers. It provides support groups , positive parenting classes , workshops on the role of fathers , home visits , trips and outings for fathers and their children. 

Home Start East Lothian - Support and Friendship for Families

Support from the Start - Part of Scottish Government's equally well initiative. Aims to improve existing and /or develop new service pathways for addressing health inequality in the early years.

Bridges Project - Bridges Project is a charity which provides a number of services to assist young people manage transitions into adulthood and life beyond school.

Community Learning and Development - Information on learning and development opportunities within your local community.

Changes East Lothian - a Community Health Project which promotes the positive wellbeing of people living in East Lothian.

Childcare Choices East Lothian - We provide a range of information on pre-school education and early years and childcare services in the East Lothian area.

Children 1st - We work with children and families to help them change their lives for the better.

ELVON - East Lothian Voluntary Organisations Network (ELVON) is a Council for Voluntary Service and is an independent voluntary organisation based within East Lothian.

East Lothian Community Health Partnership - Our aim is to work closely with a wide range of partners not only to establish and develop high quality local health services but to encourage everyone to adopt healthier behaviour and life choices, and to reduce the health inequalities both within and between our communities.

Jewel and Esk College - First Step is an approved student placement provider and works closely with Jewel and Esk to support and develop childcare students.

PETE project - Pathways to Education, Training and Employment. We offer basic literacy tools, motivation, confidence building and assertiveness training as well as C.V. skills, job seeking skills, work experience, and disclosure.
