The RAF Firbeck Memorial was dedicated on August 25th 2011. The Memorial is in the form of a limestone cairn with a stainless steel plaque and overlooks the former airfield. Whilst the memorial itself is on private land it is close to the junction of three public footpaths, the memorial may be viewed close up but visitors should not go onto the fields.

Below is an image of the plaque mounted on the memorial. The layout of the airfield, the based units and their badges are represented.

The Memorial cairn located on the base of the former aircraft repair shop with the airfield beyond. The wood at the top contained aircraft revetments.
