After FLVS issues your final grade, Drivers Ed.com (e-driving) will send you a message to your student dashboard messages (see picture below to see where that is located) with everything you need for the licensing process.
**Allow up to 3 days after you complete your final exam to receive a letter from DriversEd.com with the subject: “Driver Ed Next Steps - DMV, license and more!”. This message will tell you how to access:
● FLHSMV licensing instructions
● The Florida Driver Handbook
● Your TLSAE Certificate (Drug & Alcohol Certificate)
● The Class E Knowledge Exam (for ages 15-17)
● Practice Class E Knowledge Exam
To obtain your learner’s permit, you will need to complete two more tasks:
1. Complete your *Class E Knowledge Exam (permit test).
-the final exam for the course is not the state test needed for a permit
2. Download your TLSAE completion receipt ( Drug & -Alcohol Certificate)
