1-2 packages of graham crackers*
4-6 T butter, soft
1 10-oz pkg. mini marshmallows
1 C milk
1 C whipping cream
3 C raspberries
Begin by crushing the graham crackers (or cookies) and combining them with softened butter
to make a crust. Press into a 9x13 glass baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until
crust is lightly browned.
Meanwhile, melt marshmallows in 1 C milk over medium heat stirring occasionally. Remove
from heat and allow the melted marshmallow mixture to cool. After about 15 minutes of cooling,
begin to whip up the 1 C whipping cream until nice and fluffy. Fold in the cooled marshmallow
mixture. Then, carefully fold in the washed raspberries. Pour over the top of the cooled crust.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve (allowing the dessert to set for ~2 hours).
*Alternatively, you can use crushed Oreos -- yum!
