Cheaters Apple Crisp - Finding Joy in My Kitchen

3-4 medium sized apples, variety is of your choosing

1 T flour

2 T sugar (or honey)

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1 C homemade granola {regular, or pumpkin spice}

Slice the apples and toss them in a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate with flour, sugar/honey and cinnamon.  

Sprinkle granola over the top.  

Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes until apples are bubbly and cooked.
