Welcome Reception
The traditional informal Welcome Reception will be offered on Sunday 25 September 2011, 7 p.m. in the Grillhof.
Drinks and snacks will be served to delegates and accompanying persons.

Commission Dinner
The commission dinner will be organised on Thursday 29 September 2011 in a very special place starting at 7 p.m.
For organisational reasons registration will be required upon your arrival.

Farewell Dinner
On Friday 30 September 2011, 7 p.m. delegates, accompanying persons and participants to the international Symposium “Cadastre 2.0”
will be offered a farewell dinner in a very special venue in Innsbruck.

Please note that registration is required for organisational reasons from all participants, who will attend only the international Symposium.
More details on the dinner will be provided in due time on the event’s website.

Technical Excursion
On Wednesday 28 September 2011 the FIG Commission 7 delegates and accompanying persons will be on technical excursion to get
an impression of the Austrian cadastral system in one of the 41 Austrian district cadastral offices – this time in Kufstein.
On the way to Kufstein we will visit some interesting sites of technical interest.
Accompanying persons will be on a guided tour to some nice places. More details about this day will be available on the website in due time.

Special Excursion
On Saturday 1 October 2011 a closing excursion will be offered to the FIG Commission 7 delegates, to participants in the symposium
and to accompanying persons starting in the morning from Grillhof and passing in the afternoon at the railway station of Garmisch-Partenkirchen,
from where you get excellent train connections to Munich or Munich airport, if you prefer to get off to go back to Munich.
However the final destination of the excursion will be Grillhof in the evening.



The tour will provide a visit to cultural sites as well as a cable car trip to the Zugspitze, the highest mountain of Germany (2962 m).

On top of the mountain, which is part of the Austrian-German state boundary, an expert of BEV, the Austrian Federal Office of Metrology and Surveying, and member of the state boundary commission will provide information about history, bilateral contracts and maintenance of state boundaries.

According to numbers of registration for the final excursion, organisers will check possibility to visit the Bavarian castle Neuschwanstein within this tour.

Please note that you need to book an extra night with your registration, if you want to return to Innsbruck and stay one more night in Grillhof!
