FHN Student and Family Directory

Step One:  Add Your Contact Information to the 2018-19 School Directory:

Complete the online form or print and send your completed form to school.
DEADLINE to submit information is Wednesday, August 24, 2018.

Please Note:
  • We are required to re-collect your information each year. Even if your information was included in last year’s directory and is still correct, please still resubmit. 
  • Carefully use upper and lower case letters. Your information will appear in the directory exactly as you enter it. 
  • Participation is optional.

Step Two:  Purchase a Copy of the Directory:

Directories can be pre-purchased online via PayPal for only $5 each or purchased via cash or check in person (see Step 3 below). Checks should be made out to FHN Graduating Class.

HINT: To continue adding items from other fundraisers before checking out on PayPal, simply return to this website from Paypal. Your items will be saved.

Step Three: Pick-up Directory

Directories can be picked up or purchased at the FHN Open House on Wednesday, Sept. 12th or in the FHN Main Office anytime.
