In 1968 Rev. Jacinto and Donata Pacleb started Full Gospel Church Ministries.
It started as one family (The Esteban family) but became a church. This church has developed leaders,
pastors and daughter churches. In December 2006 Leroy Oracion Pacleb & wife marybeth, daughter leah marie
took over the leadership of FGCM International after the passing of his father, Rev. Jacinto.
