Cherry Barb

Barbus titteya

The cherry barb is a small, attractive schooling fish that prefers to be kept in groups. It's peaceful nature makes it an excellent community fish. They will chase each other around, but this behavior is normal and will not usually cause harm. Males are more red in color, while the females are more whitish. Cherry barbs will readily accept any prepared foods.
