The Love Boat - A Standard Flower Show, March 30-31

The Garden Club of St. Augustine presents a standard flower show with the theme of, "The Love Boat."  The flower show is part of the St. Johns County EPIC Flower and Garden Celebration of Spring.   The public is invited to attend the Flower and Garden Show.  See the Event Information and General Information for Flower Show Entries below:

Event Information:

Dates/Times:  Saturday, March 30, from 9AM-5PM and Sunday, March 31, from 10AM-3PM.
Location:  St. Augustine UF/IFAS Extension Center, 3125 Agricultural Center Drive, St. Augustine, FL  32092 (click for map and directions)
Admission:  $5 per adult (the fee is good for both days, and for the St Augustine Food Festival).  The fee is a fundraiser for St. Augustine EPIC Behavioral Health Care
Activities:  Flower Show entries viewing (and voting for your "people's choice" entries), horticultural and environmental presentations, tours of the garden grounds, horticultural and craft vendors, food for sale, and the St. Augustine Piecemakers' Guild Quilt Show.  More information is at the St. Johns County EPIC Flower and Garden Celebration of Spring.


General information for Flower Show Entries:
  • The public is invited to submit entries conforming to the Horticultural Division I rules described in the Flower Show Schedule and Description.  Submissions for this Divisions should be brought to the Extension Center between 10AM-3PM on Thursday, March 28.  
  • Members of a garden club affiliated with the National Garden Clubs may submit entries conforming to Design Division II or III rules described in the Flower Show Schedule and Description.  Submissions for this Divisions should be brought to the Extension Center between 11AM-3PM on Thursday, March 28.  
  • Division IV of the  Flower Show Schedule and Description is reserved for youth. Submissions for this Divisions should be brought to the Extension Center between 10AM-3PM on Thursday, March 28. 
  • Judging for all entries (using the Handbook for Flower Shows, Revised 2017) shall begin on Friday, March 29, at 11AM.
  • All entries must be removed between 3-4PM on Sunday, March 31.  (Entries not removed during this timeframe may be picked up at the Extension Center after 8:30AM on Monday, April 1.)
