About This Website: www.district4ffgc.org

Hello fellow gardeners!

We have a new website with a new name:

www.district4ffgc.org

We hope you find this site, designed and built for YOU by your fellow District IV members, useful!  It showcases District IV activities and announcements and provides information you can use to contact member clubs/circles, as well as District officers and chairmen.  Like a garden, a website is always a work in progress.  :-)

The links on the left sidebar take you to the major sections within this site.  Note that there is a Sitemap  link that lists all the pages here. There is also a Search feature shown in the upper right-hand corner of each page. The documents are in Adobe PDF form.  If you cannot open them, download the free Adobe PDF Reader

If you have questions about this site, please use the Contact link.

Director's Message

Carolyn H. Stevens

Carolyn H. Stevens
District IV Director 2015-2017

Theme:  Planting a more Beautiful World: Now is Our Chance to Bloom

[Carolyn is the former Treasurer and President of The Ribault Garden Club. She is an FFGC Student Judge and a member of the Creative Arts group in Winter Park.]

As the incoming District IV Director, the goal is to at all times follow the National and State objectives for the 13 Clubs in this District.  This is an ongoing effort and many successes have been realized.

The theme, “Planting a more Beautiful World,” has been represented by a most successful effort in the expansive Youth Gardening Program in 9 schools and in the recent addition of a Butterfly Garden at Ribault Garden Club. The Blue Star Marker has been restored in Honor of our Veterans in the Military.

“Now is Our Chance to Bloom” will be realized by taking on new projects, improving what is already in place and going above and beyond to help club members, our communities, and our District.

We are the second largest district in the state and we will continue to Bloom.
