About This Website: www.district4ffgc.org

Hello fellow gardeners!

We have a new website with a new name:

www.district4ffgc.org

We hope you find this site, designed and built for YOU by your fellow District IV members, useful!  It showcases District IV activities and announcements and provides information you can use to contact member clubs/circles, as well as District officers and chairmen.  Like a garden, a website is always a work in progress.  :-)

The links on the left sidebar take you to the major sections within this site.  Note that there is a Sitemap  link that lists all the pages here. There is also a Search feature shown in the upper right-hand corner of each page. The documents are in Adobe PDF form.  If you cannot open them, download the free Adobe PDF Reader

Joy Elrod
District IV Director 2019-2021

Theme:  The Power of Nature’s Beauty

[Joy is a former president and Vice President of the Fleming Island Garden Club of Fleming Island and Assistant Director of FFGC District IV. As District IV Director, Joy is also on the Board of the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs. She is also twice past President of Clay County Master Gardeners. She is also past President of the Friends of the Fleming Island Library and is currently Assistant-Director of Clay County’s Sheriff’s NET Zone 3.]

It gives me great pleasure to serve as FFGC’s District IV Director for 2019-2021. Our clubs are motivated and ready to share Mother Nature’s Power and Beauty with each of their communities.. All our fourteen clubs are encouraged by your District as well as their members to showcase their knowledge to everyone by revealing the gifts of nature. I desire our fourteen clubs to make publicly known, their upcoming programs through our District IV website, www.district4ffgc.org, and Facebook page and to develop a strong rapport within their area.

There are so many educational opportunities offered thru FFGC! There are also online classes and different locations to attend seminars, class and shows. Stay in tune with the FFGC website, ffgc.org, to see what is being offered and I will also keep you abreast of what is eminent.

Again, thank you District IV members for this exciting opportunity to serve you.  My personal email address is calbyjoy@bellsouth.net.  I am at your beck and call!
