I struggled with my weight for years.  But, in 2001 I threw out the myths that were making me fatter.  Knowledge set me free, not magic, drugs or late night TV "fat busting" system. 

Weight loss is part math, part biology and part psychology, but it isn't rocket science.  My philosophy is that taking care of your body is a basic responsibility and you owe it to yourself to know this stuff.
