Download this! Scanned image of §144 motion to disqualify a known Mormon judge in the matter of a so-called "Anti-Mormon." More from the Mormon Church Handbook of Instructions. Has Prop 8 implications, requiring a Mormon judge to recuse on issues of same sex 'marriage,' since the Church orders judges to rule in favor of the Mormon church!  2821k v. 2 Sep 29, 2011, 3:04 PM thekingswe@fastmail.fm

Download this! Scanned image of §455 motion to disqualify if the judge is Mormon. Contains affidavits from Mormons about what goes on in the temple, secret oaths, and pages from the Mormon Handbook of Instruction. Useful for so-called "anti-Mormons" and so-called "apostate Mormons" facing a Mormon judge in court.   3253k v. 2 Sep 29, 2011, 3:00 PM thekingswe@fastmail.fm

Appellant's informal brief for case 10-17690 filed in the Ninth Circuit. The narrow focus is to challenge the dismissal of the suit without being allowed to amend the complaint to cure defects. Also at issue is a nested motion for recusal of any LDS (Mormon) judges (Judges Bybee and N. Randy Smith, by name) because this case involves a BYU graduate judge and the Appellant is a Christian Evangelist who specialized in Mormonism. Mormons are taught in their temple ceremony that the Appellant is paid by the Lucifer, the devil.  100k v. 1 May 24, 2011, 8:14 PM thekingswe@fastmail.fm

Mormon Judge Campbell refuses to recuse himself from the case of an Anti-Mormon, someone he believes is paid by the devil. Here's a motion to certify the issue for interlocutory appeal to the Ninth Circuit.  80k v. 1 Oct 31, 2010, 10:00 PM thekingswe@fastmail.fm

scanned image of motion to reconsider Judge Campbell's refusal to recuse. The issue is not about being "merely Mormon," but how official Mormon church policy gives the appearance of bias in certain matters.  2566k v. 1 Oct 8, 2010, 11:19 AM thekingswe@fastmail.fm
