Club Bylaws and Constitution and other Governing Documents

The club is governed by three primary documents: its Constitution, its By-Laws, and its Youth Program Policy. The Constitution is maintained by the club's executive but can only be amended by a vote of the membership. The other two documents are maintained, updated, and amended purely by the club's executive.
