I am an Associate Teaching Professor of Finance at Northeastern University. My field of specialization is in Empirical Corporate Finance, Banking, and Fintech. My corporate finance research investigates the effect of information asymmetries in financial markets on firm's choice of cash and compensation. I also have an emerging interest in the interplay between securitization and credit screening. For more on my research, please see my research section or CV.
