Thank you for your interest in our event.  Shopping and vendor experience is an important part of our event.  Please contact us if you have any questions about BerryFest.

In 2014 we had just over 11,000 in attendance at BerryFest including the complimentary tickets and the concert.  2015 we did better. We had 12,100 attendance and almost half of the electronic comp tickets showed up which is a higher rate than the paper tickets we normally print so we are calling that a success and will grow on it next (this) year.  Though we didn’t hit our goal of 15,000 we did have growth so we are happy with that, our goal for BerryFest 2016 is now set at 20,000.  Based on previous year’s attendance, that would be approximately 7,500 people on Saturday and 13,500 people on Sunday.

Thank you for being a part of BerryFest 2015, we hope you will join us for a bigger and better 2016.  Please contact us with any feedback on how we can grow our event or improve our level of service. If you would like to join the new BerryFest advisory committee please let us know.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What time is the event?
A: The gates are open from 10am to 6pm however the boy scouts pancake breakfast starts at 8am.

Q: Where is it located?
A: At the Placer County Fairgrounds in Roseville, 800 All America City Blvd., Roseville, CA 95678

Q: Where should we park?
A: The boy Scouts charge $5 for parking in Gate C (Follow the signs to parking) but if you hunt around and are okay with walking a bit there is plenty of free parking on the street (watch out for the permit only parking),in Downtown Roseville and Historic Roseville.

Q: Can I bring my doggy to BerryFest?
A: Yes and NO.  The long answer is that we are dog lovers and dog owners and would love to bring our dogs with us to BerryFest however there are so many small children at this event and we want them and their parents to be comfortable, we found that most families don’t have a dog in the house and are not comfortable with large dogs around their kids so we have made the decision that dogs will only be allowed on Sunday from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.  We did a study and the average person visits BerryFest for 2 hours so this three hour window is accommodating our dog loving friends.  Luke (our dog) will be there at 3pm on Sunday. To celebrate the first year of doing this we will have a pet parade at 3:30pm on Sunday. It will start at the main gate and go around the block.

Q: How much is it to get into BerryFest?
A: Age 5 and under are Free, ages 6 to 12 are $5, ages 13 to 59 are $10.00, and Seniors 60+ are $5.00

Q: Can I bring a picnic?
A: Yes, even though we have many foods, treats and drinks to choose from we understand that many people have allergies and or don’t have the extra food costs in their budget so we allow you to bring your own foods.  The only rule to this is that you may not share with people that are not with you and no outside alcohol is allowed. Security will have to look through your belongings however food is welcome so long as you don't share. Sorry, beverages are not allowed per California law because we have an alcohol permit on premises.

Q: Will the event be cancelled if it rains?
A: No.  Unless the conditions become extreme we will be open rain or shine.
