722R - Disaster Reporting

In the event of a disaster, the school division of Frederick County will assess and report damage according to the following: 

1. The building administrator shall report the damage to the office of the supervisor of buildings and grounds.

2. The office of the supervisor of buildings and grounds shall work cooperatively with the site administrator to assess the property damage.

3. A property loss value shall be affixed to the damage and a written report filed with the office of the assistant superintendent for administration.

4. A report shall be submitted to the office of the Frederick County Extension Agent. NOTE: The office of the Frederick County Extension Agent has been designated by the local emergency-services center to coordinate assessment of property loss valued for Frederick County Public Schools.
