511P - Board/Employee Communications

Employees are encouraged to express their concerns to their immediate supervisor and to do so without fear of reprisal. 

No policy in this manual shall be interpreted to mean that communication is to be restricted between the administration and other employees in administrative and supervisory matters delegated by the board to the superintendent and staff.
