227R - Emergency First Aid, CPR and AED Certified Personnel

Principals shall work collaboratively with the school nurse to maintain the following:  
1. A list of staff at their school that have current certification and training in emergency first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED); and
 
2. A list of staff at their school that have been trained in the administration of insulin and glucagon.    
The lists shall be displayed in the school clinic, in the school’s front office and made available to appropriate staff as determined by the principal. The list shall be kept current and reviewed at least annually.
