  • Prayer to Saint Therese of the Child Jesus
O Little Therese of the Child Jesus,
Please pick a rose for me
    From the heavenly gardens
    And send it to me
    As a message of love.
    O little flower of Jesus,
Ask God today to grant the favors
I now place with confidence In your hands.

    (Mention your specific requests)

    St. Therese,
    help me to always believe,
    As you did,
In God's great love for me,
So that I might imitate your
    "Little Way" each day.

    Amen

PRAYER TO ST. RAPHAEL THE ARCHANGEL

Glorious Archangel St. Raphael, great prince of the heavenly court, you are illustrious for your gifts of wisdom and grace. You are a guide of those who journey by land or sea or air, consoler of the afflicted, and refuge of sinners.I beg you, assist me in all my needs and in all the sufferings of this life, as once you helped the young Tobias on his travels. Because you are the “medicine of God” I humbly pray you to heal the many infirmities of my soul and the ills that afflict my body. I especially ask of you the favor (here mention your special intention), and the great grace of purity to prepare me to be the temple of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

O Raphael, lead us towards those we are waiting for, those who are
waiting for us! Raphael, Angel of Happy Meetings, lead us by the hand
towards those we are looking for! May all our movements, all their
movements, be guided by your Light and transfigured by your joy.

Angel guide of Tobias, lay the request we now address to you at the feet
of Him on whose unveiled Face you are privileged to gaze. Lonely and
tired, crushed by the separations and sorrows of earth, we feel the need
of calling to you and of pleading for the protection of your wings, so
that we may not be as strangers in the Province of Joy, all ignorant of
    the concerns of our country.

Remember the weak, you who are strong–you whose home lies beyond the
region of thunder, in a land that is always peaceful, always serene, and
bright with the resplendent glory of God.
    Amen.

    Corporal Works of Mercy

Feed the hungry - Give drink to the thirsty - Clothe the naked - Shelter the homeless - Visit the sick - Visit the imprisoned - Bury the dead

    The Spiritual Works of Mercy
    • Admonish the sinner - Instruct the ignorant (This and the next work are extremely pertinent categories today, when so many people are confused by what the Church teaches on contraception, abortion, homosexuality, etc.)
    • Counsel the doubtful - Comfort the sorrowful - Bear wrongs patiently - Forgive all injuries - Pray for the living and the dead

Daily Divine Mercy Revelation! - click this link to read a brief passage from St. Faustina's diary. This passage is updated daily!

Divine Mercy Sunday is celebrated on the Octave of Easter 2016 (the Sunday after Easter Sunday). Answer: Divine Mercy Sunday falls on April 23, 2017.

While I was saying the chaplet, I heard a voice which said, Oh, what great graces I will grant to souls who say this chaplet; the very depths of My tender mercy are stirred for the sake of those who say the chaplet. Write down these words, My daughter. Speak to the world about My mercy; let all mankind recognize My unfathomable mercy. It is a sign for the end times; after it will come the day of justice. While there is still time, let them have recourse to the fount of My mercy; let them profit from the Blood and Water which gushed forth for them." - Jesus to St. Faustina

    The Divine Mercy Pope

“It is not charity to leave others in the dark with respect to the truth.

It is not charity to feed the poor or visit the sick and offer them human resources without speaking to them of the Word that saves.  Pope John Paul ll (LOsservatore Romano, English, November 6, 2002)

Why Promote the Divine Mercy image of Jesus?

Because Jesus told St. Faustina to bring this image to everyone, including the public.........

"By means of this image, I shall be granting many graces to souls; so let every soul have access to it." (Diary, 570)

"I desire that the image be publicly honored." (Diary, 414)
