Mama's Manna-Manna, Fo-Fanna, Fe-Fi, Fo-Fanna, Blueberry-Banana Freeze

Ingredients:
3 or 4 Frozen bananas, peeled
 
1 cup frozen blueberries

4 cups vanilla, almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 TBS flaxseed
 
1 TBS coconut oil
 

Directions:

Peel and freeze ripe bananas in a plastic bag or kitchenware. This is a good way to make sure no bananas go to waste - just freeze the ones that start to get too ripe.

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. You may need to drop small slices of the frozen bananas, one by one, to make sure they blend properly. Blend until milkshake consistency is reached. You may want to add more milk, vanilla, or cinnamon to achieve desired taste. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with ground flaxseed and garnish with fresh or frozen fruit. It tastes like a "real" milkshake and kids will love it!

Variation: The same recipe can be made with other frozen fruit.
