  4. A: No, they are purely English-speaking social clubs where people meet and have fun. Nonetheless, the social contact offers an opportunity to practice your English.

  6. A: Generally speaking, ‘Yes’ , but each club has it’s own characteristics.

  8. A: No, our members come from many countries of the world.

  9. Q: Is the Federation an official or government organization ?
  10. A: No, it is a private organization under the patronage of the British Ambassador to Switzerland.

  11. Q: How can I become a member of FASC?
  12. A: You cannot join as an individual. The various FASC clubs around Switzerland are our members. You have to become a member of your local club. With that local club membership, you are automatically entitled to participate in FASC events at member rates.
