Bourbon Glaze

1/2 cup white sugar

1/4 cup water

1/2 stick unsalted butter

pinch of salt

2 tablespoons bourbon


Gingered Pecans

1 cup pecans

3 tablespoons white sugar

pinch salt

1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon water

1 teaspoon canola oil
