Slimming Sunrise Smoothies

Alright, here is another recipe. It is a fabulous recipe for breakfast, getting a bunch of fruit into that would otherwise take quite awhile to eat. And it's low in calories, at roughly 240 calories per 8 oz smoothie.


1 cup chopped strawberries (5 large strawberries)
1 cup chopped seeded watermelon
1 cup chopped peach (1 large peach)
1 cup sorbet (raspberry, strawberry or mixed berry all work well)
1/4 cup orange juice (low or no pulp varierty preferable)


1 - Place all ingredients in blender
2 - Pulse blend a few times to get ingredients stirred up
3 - Blend on med-high until ingredients become smooth
4 - More juice can be added if desired to make smoothie less thick
5 - Pour smoothies into cups, and enjoy!

This mix can also be frozen, and turned into Slimming Sunrise Popsicles!
