Swedish Meatballs

What you need:

    • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    • 2 cups beef broth
    • 1/2 cup diced onion
    • 1 tsp. garlic powder
    • 2 Tbsp. steak sauce
    • 1/2 tsp. paprika
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp. pepper
    • 1 bag (28 oz.) frozen homestyle meatballs --or-- homemade meatballs
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • Mashed potatoes or cooked rice, for serving

Directions:

    1. In a slow cooker, whisk together cream of mushroom soup and beef broth.
    2. Add onion, garlic, steak sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
    3. Add meatballs and toss in slow cooker mixture until coated.
    4. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours or LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
    5. Add sour cream during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
    6. Serve on top of mashed potatoes or rice.
