Swedish Meatballs
What you need:
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. steak sauce
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 bag (28 oz.) frozen homestyle meatballs --or-- homemade meatballs
- 1 cup sour cream
- Mashed potatoes or cooked rice, for serving
Directions:
- In a slow cooker, whisk together cream of mushroom soup and beef broth.
- Add onion, garlic, steak sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add meatballs and toss in slow cooker mixture until coated.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours or LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
- Add sour cream during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve on top of mashed potatoes or rice.
